Is support provided?
Absolutely! We provide support for all of our Products. Support is provided via a ticket system from the members area, where we aim to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours. As support is provided directly by the theme developers, there's no one better placed to help with all queries. Alternatively you can chat with us on Live Support
What is live support?
Live support is included with all Website, Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing packages and is available via either live chat or callback. Where a ticket can't be resolved in-ticket, the issue will be escalated to live support with one of our developers.
What Happens when my package expire?
If you purchase an annual package, you'll have access to support and updates for 1 month. After that time if you'd like to continue to make changes or updates to content of website, you can simply contact our support. Your website will be renewed yearly once you make the package charges.
Where do you provide hosting?
We have hosting account with reseller club and we can provide hosting where ever you need. As part of of basic package we don't provide you cPanel login. We assure you 99% uptime which makes sure that your site is live all the time.
